2. Appointments & Cancellation
- You can book, reschedule, or cancel appointments via our online booking system or by phone/email.
- Cancellation policy: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee of up to 50% of the treatment price.
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment to anyone for any reason, including inappropriate behavior.
3. Payment
- Payment is due at the time of treatment, or in advance for package sessions.
- We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) or bank transfer.
- Prices are listed on our Services page and may be adjusted from time to time.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) are complementary therapies and do not replace
conventional medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your physician for serious or chronic conditions.
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any specific disease. Individual results may vary.
5. Health & Safety
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or allergies before treatment.
- We maintain strict hygiene standards: all needles are sterile, single-use, and disposed of after each treatment.
- If you are pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant, please inform us before treatment.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logo, design) is the property of TCM Acupuncture Studio
and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability

1. Toepasselijkheid
Deze algemene voorwaarden ("Voorwaarden") zijn van toepassing op het gebruik van de website van TCM Acupuncture Studio
en de acupunctuurbehandelingen die wij aanbieden. Door onze website te gebruiken of een afspraak te maken,
gaat u akkoord met deze Voorwaarden.
2. Afspraken & Annulering
- U kunt afspraken maken, verzetten of annuleren via ons online boekingssysteem of per telefoon/e-mail.
- Annuleringsbeleid: Afspraken moeten ten minste 24 uur van tevoren worden geannuleerd of verzet. Bij te late annulering of no-show kan een boete worden berekend van maximaal 50% van de behandelingsprijs.
- Wij behouden ons het recht om behandeling te weigeren of te beëindigen bij ongepast gedrag.
3. Betaling
- Betaling is verschuldigd op het moment van behandeling, of vooraf voor pakket-sessies.
- Wij accepteren betaling via Stripe (creditcard/debetcard) of bankoverschrijving.
- Prijzen staan vermeld op onze Diensten-pagina en kunnen van tijd tot tijd worden aangepast.
4. Medische Disclaimer
Acupunctuur en Traditionele Chinese Geneeskunde (TCM) zijn complementaire therapieën en vervangen geen
conventioneel medisch onderzoek of behandeling. Raadpleeg altijd uw arts bij ernstige of chronische aandoeningen.
Wij stellen geen diagnose, behandelen geen ziektes, en genezen deze ook niet. Resultaten kunnen per persoon verschillen.
5. Gezondheid & Veiligheid
- Vertel ons alstublieft over eventuele medische aandoeningen, medicijnen of allergieën vóór de behandeling.
- Wij hanteren strikte hygiënnormen: alle naalden zijn steriel, voor eenmalig gebruik, en worden na elke behandeling weggegooid.
- Als u zwanger bent of vermoedt zwanger te zijn, vertel ons dit vóór de behandeling.
6. Intellectueel Eigendom
Alle inhoud op deze website (tekst, afbeeldingen, logo, ontwerp) is eigendom van TCM Acupuncture Studio
en mag niet worden gekopieerd of gereproduceerd zonder schriftelijke toestemming.
7. Beperking van Aansprakelijkheid
Voor zover toegestaan door de Nederlandse wet, is TCM Acupuncture Studio niet aansprakelijk voor enige
